It was very fast. I got Botox 60 units and two weeks later they did 2 more units in my right eyebrow because when I raised my eyebrow part of it would raise to a point which I’ve seen some people have but it fixed the problem and they were polite about it and didn’t charge me for it.

I do not recommend this office at all. The receptionist is very rude and aggressive. She was trash talking the poor lady who was in front of me, complaining that she had asked too many questions. I was shocked to hear her do this loudly in the waiting room in front of me and other clients. The person who injected me scolded me rudely when she saw me holding a paper towel to my head (to stop bleeding). She shouted at me that I was "ruining her work." Her tone was so unprofessional. They do a great job of creating a tense and hostile environment. Seems like the staff here have emotional regulation problems, are in a bad mood, and/or have negative attitudes toward patients. It was truly unacceptable. Proof that all the botox and lip fillers in the world will not make you beautiful when you are ugly on the inside. Avoid this place at all costs and don't let the promo deals entice you. Please choose a different provider.

Then Susie, who also did my Botox, did my Restylane kysse and it looks FLAWLESS. I naturally have a big lower lip, but my top lip is lacking and Susie made them look beautiful and full and just what I wanted! I am so excited and will continue to come to Bliss! Also Susie’s method. She is straight to the point and honest while truly wanting to deliver phenomenal results. I have a thing with needles, I get lightheaded and Susie was patient and kind as I took my time between injections to come back to homeostasis. This place is a gem!!!
I made an appointment online and prepaid for 35 units in August. They canceled my appointment and I have left 3 messages to rebook and no one is calling me back. Used this service for the last six months and now they have suddenly disappeared with my money.

I have been coming here for years, even prior to this new location. I had one incident during their move (and the lockdown) but Borris was quick to respond to the problem. Annoyed with the hiccup - I tried other beauty spas, but Bliss really comes out on top. I feel confident in their services not just in the quality of the work they do but also with the extreme care and expertise of their staff. Susie is amazing!!! She has even magically corrected errors from the other spots I’ve tried. The ambiance is beautiful, quaint, and personable. They frequently have deals and promotions which is always appreciated!!!
In reading the reviews, they refer to Olga, and I can’t agree more. She is marvelous. Unfortunately she has not been there recently when I have gone for my Dysport, so I have not received her Magic. Thus, my reviews will not be as glowing. But Boris remains quite a gent as always❤️
Went to Bliss to get Botox and had a great experience! The staff was so friendly and professional. I was scared at first to go to my appointment because of the pandemic but they are very COVID safe and clean. Loved my results and the Botox! A big plus was finding parking as there was plenty of It in the building. Will definitely be going back when I am due.

I was a bit worried at first when it came to the idea of getting Botox. When I spoke with Boris at The Bliss Room he made me feel so much better about the whole process. He and Olga explained the way it all works and she made everything quick and painless! These guys totally ripped me off! I received 40 units of Botox on my forehead, and it might as well be water!! After three weeks of waiting with no results I called them and complained. They asked me to go back to verify. The person who does the injection is rude and was arguing with me over it. I have been doing Botox injection on my forehead for years and never had this experience before. This was my first time to Bliss Encino, and I will never go back there again and will never recommend this place to anyone! I wish I did not have to give them one star!!!
Olga is a miracle worker and my new favorite person. I went to my appointment for botox and Juvederm with very low expectations due to my age and how damaged my skin was. I only did 2 of the recommended procedures Olga wanted to do because I wanted to see how I would react to it. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when I saw the difference it made. I can wait to go back and have Olga do more to get my face in better shape. I highly recommend Olga and this spa, everyone was so nice and helpful. I had a wonderful experience!I went back to Olga last week to have the last procedure she had recommended and had another amazing experience, she is truly wonderful and talented, I swear she took at least 10 years off my face! The procedure was very fast and easy. Everyone at the spa is wonderful and makes you feel special, I continue to highly recommend Olga and this spa!

I have been coming here for years now. However something has changed - I bought a packet which had an expiration date. They had run out of appointments and offered a refund. I’m still waiting for my refund. The website calendar is useless - although I was told I should have booked through there instead of calling (I had always booked my appointments via phone). I’m sad because I was so happy here but now I have to find some where else.

I’ve been trying to speak with a live person on the phone for at least two months. I’ve left messages with the answering service, but have never received a call back. The one time someone did answer I was told to call back and shockingly, no one answered. Very disappointing. I will amend my review if I’m actually able to make an appointment.
I loved my experience here. Everyone from the front desk to the physician assistant, Jessica, were so professional and helpful. Jessica had amazing bed side manners and communicated everything with me. I didn't feel rushed or forgotten about and felt like I was in good hands. I would without a doubt go back and highly recommend this place!
I first came here for Botox, which was administered by Jessica. She is great. Very professional and has good vibes. Then i started getting microneedling treatments and they're going well.
I give the location and place itself a 5 but with the most units of Botox ever , I see absolutely zero results! This has NEVER happened to me ever. Pretty bummed over this. I wanted to try a new place since my old one moved out of my way but I don't think I will become a regular here. I know people react differently but I really have absolutely nothing to show for , for these 60 units spend
It was my first time doing botox and the PA was really nice and did a great job. I'll definitely be back. My only complaint is the first time I made an appointment and took off work to drive to the valley, they ended up not taking me because they were overbooked. The appointment was in the middle of the day and I was willing to wait, but they sent me home and I had to reschedule.

Bad Botox. Olga says she’s “done this for years” and will just stab you with the needle with no place points printed and will tell you how “tired” you look and upsell you so hard you will pay double just to get out of there.
